It takes time for fascia to change.
90 minute sessions are most common and allow enough time for relaxed assessments, bodywork and functional movement education.
60 and 75 minute sessions allow enough time for an effective bodywork treatment, but the pace will nbe a little quicker.
30 minute sessions are focused and generally target: neck and shoulders, hips or feet.
I also offer a free 30 minute alignment check-mostly assessments and education and with about 10 minutes of bodywork.
