The root of nearly all chronic pain patterns is short fascia. Lengthening short fascia takes pressure off the bones, joints, and nerves. And creates some slack in your body. When the body has slack, patterns unwind, range of motion gets better and there is less pain.
How you move matters. Every step you take, every move you make is either moving you away from pain or toward it. Knowing how to walk with good alignment is key to moving away from pain. Movement education happens throughout every session so you learn how to move more in alignment.
